EduAstra AI™ is an AI-powered education platform operated by Bhaaratworks Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of India. By using EduAstra AI, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

EduAstra AI provides AI-generated educational content including answers, explanations, quizzes, revision tools, and voice-based learning assistance. Our content is designed to supplement — not replace — formal education, textbooks, and qualified teachers.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy and cite trusted sources (NCERT, board-approved textbooks), AI-generated content may contain errors. EduAstra AI should be used as a study aid. Always verify critical information with your teachers, textbooks, and official exam resources.

4. User Accounts

You may use EduAstra AI with or without an account. Account holders get personalized learning profiles, chat history, and progress tracking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

EduAstra AI offers free and paid (Pro, Ultra) tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at Rs.599/month and Ultra at Rs.1,999/month via Razorpay. You may cancel anytime. Refunds are processed per our refund policy — contact support within 7 days of charge for eligible refunds. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store card details on our servers.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use EduAstra AI to generate content for academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or any unlawful purpose. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

EduAstra AI™, the EduAstra logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of Bhaaratworks Technologies Pvt Ltd. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal educational use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bhaaratworks Technologies Pvt Ltd provides EduAstra AI "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any academic outcomes, exam results, or decisions made based on content generated by the platform.
