Terms of Use

Effective: 11 June 2026

Thank you for using EduAstra! These Terms of Use apply to your use of eduastraai.com, the EduAstra chat and execution features, Sprint, the EduAstra browser extension, APIs we make available to end users, and our other services for individuals worldwide(collectively, the "Services"). The Services are provided by Bhaaratworks Technologies Pvt Ltd("EduAstra", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India serving users globally. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these Terms. These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and require no physical signature.

1. Who we are

EduAstra is an AI execution engine: it answers questions, builds plans, verifies proof of work, generates documents and diagrams, and — through the optional browser extension — performs actions you instruct on web pages. We build tools that help you finish what you start.

2. Registration and access

Minimum age. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

Registration. Some features require an account (we support sign-in with Google). You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and not share your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Using our Services

What you can do. Subject to these Terms, you may access and use the Services for personal and internal business purposes, in compliance with applicable law.

What you cannot do.You may not: use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity; infringe or misappropriate anyone's rights; modify, copy, lease, sell, or distribute the Services; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying components of our models, systems, or algorithms; automatically or programmatically extract data or Output (defined below); scrape, crawl, or overload the Services or bypass rate limits and safety mitigations; represent Output as human-generated when it is not; use Output to develop models or services that compete with EduAstra; use the agent on third-party websites in ways that violate those websites' terms; or submit another person's personal data without lawful authority. We may suspend or restrict access to enforce this section.

4. Content — your Input, your Output

Your content. You may provide input to the Services ("Input" — prompts, documents, proofs, profile details) and receive output ("Output" — answers, plans, drafts, code, diagrams, filled values). Input and Output together are "Content". You are responsible for your Content, including ensuring you have the rights to provide it and that it does not violate law or these Terms.

Ownership. As between you and EduAstra, you retain ownership of your Input, and we hereby assign to you all our right, title, and interest, if any, in and to the Output generated for you. You may use your Content for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Similarity of output. Because of how AI works, Output may not be unique: other users may receive similar or identical output from their own requests. Output provided to other users is not your Output, and these Terms do not give you rights in it.

5. Our use of Content

We process Content to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, to comply with law, and to enforce our terms and policies. We do not use your Content to train our or third parties' AI models. Model providers we use (e.g. Microsoft Azure OpenAI) process Content under enterprise terms that likewise prohibit training on it. See the Privacy Policy for details and your controls, including deleting chats, memory, and records from Settings.

6. Accuracy — important

Artificial intelligence is probabilistic by nature. Output may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated, and may not reflect real people, facts, or current events accurately. You must evaluate Output for accuracy and appropriateness for your use case — including by human review — before relying on it. Do not rely on Output as a sole source of truth, professional advice, legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice. Always verify government procedures, deadlines, fees, and filings with the official source before acting.

7. No guaranteed outcomes

EduAstra helps you execute; it does not guarantee results. We make no promise of any job offer, placement, admission, exam score, approval, income, or other outcome. Statistics and success stories are illustrative only. Your results depend on your effort and on third parties beyond our control.

8. The browser extension and agent

The extension acts only on the page you are viewing and only on your instruction, with every step visible and a Stop control. It is designed never to click submit, send, pay, purchase, or confirm-style controls and never to fill passwords or government identifiers — those actions remain exclusively yours. You are responsible for reviewing everything the agent prepares before you complete any action.

9. Beta and experimental features

Some features may be offered as beta, preview, or pilot (including free pilot programmes). They are provided as-is, may change or be discontinued at any time, may carry additional terms, and may be less reliable than generally available features.

10. Paid plans, billing and cancellation

Billing. Paid tiers (e.g. Pro, Ultra) are billed through our payment processors (currently Razorpay), in INR or such other currencies as we may support. We do not store your full card details. Applicable taxes (GST, VAT, or local equivalents) apply as per the law of your region.

Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current period.

Refunds. Where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, refunds will be provided; otherwise fees are non-refundable. Contact support@eduastraai.com within 7 days of a charge for eligible refund requests.

Price changes. We may change prices with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

11. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Services, including software, models, designs, and branding. EduAstra AI™ and the EduAstra lotus mark are our trademarks. Except for the rights to Content set out in Section 4, nothing in these Terms grants you rights in the Services or our IP. If you give us feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation.

12. Third-party services

The Services interoperate with third parties — model providers, Google sign-in, Razorpay, hosting, websites the agent acts on, and connectors you choose to add. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

13. Termination and suspension

You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your use creates risk or harm to us, the Services, or others; where appropriate, we will give you notice and an opportunity to export your data. We may also discontinue features or the Services with reasonable advance notice, in which case we will refund any prepaid, unused fees for the discontinued paid service.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE SECURE OR NOT LOST.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER EDUASTRA NOR ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ₹2,000 (OR EQUIVALENT). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITS; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS THIS SECTION APPLIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED. RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW — INCLUDING INDIA'S CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019 AND EQUIVALENT CONSUMER LAWS ELSEWHERE — REMAIN UNAFFECTED.

16. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold EduAstra harmless from third-party claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Services in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

17. Dispute resolution

Talk to us first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly: write to support@eduastraai.com.

Arbitration. Any dispute not resolved amicably within 30 days shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration is Bengaluru, Karnataka; proceedings are in English. Claims shall be brought in an individual capacity only, and not as part of any class or representative proceeding. Subject to the above, the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections under the laws of the country where you live.

Use outside India. The Services are operated from India and available worldwide. If you use them from elsewhere, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws, and you may have additional statutory rights in your jurisdiction which remain unaffected by these Terms.

18. Copyright and IP complaints

If you believe content on the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, write to support@eduastraai.com with the work identified, the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and a good-faith statement. We will act in accordance with applicable law.

19. General terms

Changes. We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change and material updates will be highlighted on the Services. Continued use after an update means acceptance. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and EduAstra regarding the Services.
